Provide full pickup and delivery locations, appointment requirements, ready date, and requested delivery date. State whether timing is flexible.
Describe the freight
Include commodity, packaging, pallet count, individual dimensions, total weight, stackability, and any handling requirements. Identify hazardous or temperature sensitive goods for specialist review.
Confirm equipment and access
State equipment needs, loading method, dock access, liftgate requirements, limited access locations, and any residential or inside delivery requirements.
Review the quoted scope
Confirm which services and charges are included, what conditions could change the rate, and the booking and cancellation terms before authorizing movement.
