We store information you submit in inquiry forms, including contact details, requirements, campaign source, and request status, to respond and coordinate services. Signed in users can access their own requests and supporting files. Authorized McDowells administrators can review submissions and documents. Uploads are stored privately. Optional form draft saving stores entered fields on your device for up to 24 hours and clears them after successful submission. Disable draft saving to remove the stored draft. We record page views, form starts, campaign sources, device category, and approximate country or region supplied by the hosting platform. A random session reference is kept in browser session storage to estimate browsing sessions and connect inquiry attribution. We do not store browsing query strings, full referring URLs, precise location, or a persistent advertising identifier for this measurement. It uses no analytics cookies or third party analytics service and respects browser Do Not Track for page measurement. Session counts are not unique people. A daily hash of request network information is used to limit inquiry spam. Subscription requests store the selected topic or division, consent text, request time, email confirmation and unsubscribe status, and delivery state. A daily network hash limits subscription spam. Confirmation emails are sent through the connected business Google account. Your address becomes active only after you confirm it; use the email preference link to unsubscribe. Service inquiries do not enroll you in marketing. Website inquiries are copied to a private Google Sheet and Drive archive, with an internal email alert and followup event through the connected Google workflow. Later changes in the private website pipeline are not mirrored to that intake copy. Email campaign delivery is not connected. Contact contracts@mcdowellsglobalsupply.com to request correction, deletion, or removal from email updates. Hosting and identity providers process technical and account information under their own terms. Please do not upload sensitive financial, medical, or identity records.
